実家から車で10ふんぐらいのうどん屋さん。
このあたりはレストランがたくさんあって、
近くの能古うどんには行ったことがある。
みなさんは博多と言えば「ラーメン」だと思っているかもしれないが、
実はうどんがソウルフードなのである。
そして、最強のファーストフードなのである。
（あくまでも、個人の思いです。）
柔らかい麺に、やさしいダシのつゆ、個性的な具。
そして、何と言っても安い。これが大事。
と言うことで、かしわ＋ごぼう天うどん630円を注文。
つゆは色は薄いけど、シッカリ出汁。
麺は細め、腰はなくムニョムニョ。
かしわは初めて食べたけど、細かく切った鶏肉を甘く煮てある。
ゴボウは短く切られていて、カラリと揚がっている。
全く文句はありません。

カミさんと土曜ランチ。車ですぐのウエストへ。10月に福岡に帰ってきて、牧のうどんと資さんうどんは3回ずつ行ったけど、三大チェーンの残りの1つであるウエストは行き残していて、ようやく訪問。
入口の券売機の前でしばし思案。カミさんはゴボ天うどん、僕は季節限定の旨辛うどん。
見た目は宮崎辛麺風。汁をすするとピリ辛、うどんのツユが少し甘くなって、これは美味い。うどんは細め、具は溶き卵、挽肉、モヤシ、ニラなど。最後まで美味しくいただきました。
