福岡の〆はやっぱりウエストのゴボウ天うどん。
なんだかハマってしまいました。
この日は福岡市東区の和白店にお邪魔です。
年末でもあり、休日のないこちらを選択です。
毎週火曜日に２時間ほど掃除のため閉店時間が有るだけで、３６５日、２４時間営業が基本のようです。
働き方改革の流れではありますが、このようなスタイルの店がゼロになるのは困りもので・・・
年越しそばの店頭販売で込み合う中、１２時過ぎの訪問でほぼ満席と賑わっています。
カツ丼セット780円にごぼう天110円をトッピング、奥さんは丸天ごぼう天うどん530円を注文です。
カツオ出汁のつゆにヤワヤワの麺の組み合わせで、自分にとっては落ち着く味わいです。
