This is my first time visiting you. There is a beautiful garden surrounding the shop, and the white manjushana flowers are spectacular. This time, I was looking forward to hearing about Asuka Sugiyama's wine pairings as a wine advisor. We mainly select our own imported wines. First up was Champagne and a slightly sweet baked confectionery topped with salmon roe. The strong bitterness and smoky aroma of Pinot Blanc from Alsace goes well with smoked mackerel from Jeju Island. It would also be great for the next barracuda risotto. A beautiful rosé from Portugal. Crispy salmon skin and poare. Pear sorbet. Grilled duck with French Grenache and Syrah. Dessert is figs. I received a rosé as a service. Coffee and baked goods. Great pairing. The food is also delicious. The service was also great and there was no wait time for serving. When the menu changes, Asuka Sugiyama will be able to sample and decide on pairings.
