味の明太子ふくやが展開する『博多の食と文化の博物館「ハクハク」』
博多の食と文化をまるごと楽しめるなんともオイシイ博物館です。味の明太子ふくやの工場見学や、世界で1つのmy明太子手作り体験、ふくやの「できたての生明太子」が唯一味わえるのはハクハクカフェだけです。また博多のお祭り山笠を迫力の映像で楽しめるミュージアムコーナーや、博多の銘菓や名産品、工芸品も揃うショップコーナーでお土産の買い忘れもここで探せます。 |
ハクハク入ってすぐのところにあります。
工場見学のエリアは入場料が300円かかりますが、こちらのカフェを利用するだけでしたら入場料はかかりません。
博多の食文化、祭り、伝統工芸品などの展示もあります。
工場見学もしましたが、無料エリアでも十分楽しめるのではないでしょうか。
明太フランスを注文。出来上がるまで15分ほど待ちました。
あつあつのフランスパンの中に、明太子が入っています。たっぷり塗られているわけではないので、明太子はほんのり香る程度です。
美味しくいただきました。
