本日は福岡県民御用達、ウエストさんにお邪魔しました！
福岡は◯亀製麺よりこのウエストさんをよく見かけます。それほど地域密着型のうどんチェーン店です。
赤い看板にカタカナでウエストと書いてあります。
入ってお座敷があったのでそちらに着席。
うどんはセルフではなく店員が注文を聞きにきてくださいます。
注文したのは ごぼう天うどん¥390です。
コスパがほんとすごいです。
なぜか福岡うどんはごぼう天がデフォルトです(笑)
いろんなところのごぼう天うどんを食べ比べしてます。
しばらくしてうどんが到着。
ネギと天かすは各テーブルにあり、セルフスタイルです。
こちらのごぼう天は厚めにスライスしてあり、歯応え抜群です。
お出汁はあじこといりこを使用。昆布サバカツオを使い、水はアルカリイオン水、お塩は五島灘の塩を使われているそうです。
クセがなく、甘すぎずという印象です。
麺は福岡うどん特有のもっちりむっちり系です。
なかなか行けなかったのですが、福岡のソウルフードを食べて、少し福岡県民に近づけた気がします^_^
