職場の別の部署の飲み会に、なんだか知らんけど参加させてもらった。
幹事の人が言うには刺身もモツ鍋もうまいのだそうだ。
８人の集まりで鍋は２つ。その前に色のいい刺身やら鶏の焼いたのやらが並んで
うまい肴をつまみにして和気あいあいと始めることができた。
メインはもつ鍋。博多風って言うのかな、ぷりぷりモツにニラの屋根。
ニラがしんなりして全体が沈んできたら食べごろ、脂もうまいけど野菜もいい。
締めの卵を溶いた雑炊もきっちり平らげて、満腹満足。
これからの忘年会シーズンはもつ鍋中心で行きたいな。またどこかに顔を出そう。
会社が半分持ちだったから費用も安く済んだしね。実はそれが一番嬉しかったりも。
