坦々麺と油淋鶏を注文。
坦々麺はそこまで辛味は強くなく、ほどよいウマ辛。
スープに山椒と胡麻がたっぷり入っており、刺激だけでなく、こくのある味わい。
ちょっぴり薬膳っぽい感じかな。
縮れた黄色い麺もコシがあっておいしい。
他にもつけ麺や冷やし坦々麺等、メニューが、豊富なので、また訪問したい。
油淋鶏もサクサクジューシーでおいしかった。
食べやすいサイズにカットしてくれているのがうれしい。
注文は食券制。
カウンター5席ほどとテーブル席が2テーブルほどのあまり広くは無い店内。
お店の方の感じも良い。
