香椎のふきやは20年以上前によく行ってました。当時から、ねぎ焼きの旨さには舌を巻いていたものでした。
ふきやの中でもねぎ焼きはこのお店しかないので、久々のねぎ焼きでした。20年以上ぶりに食べましたが、抜群に美味しかったです。
ねぎ焼きはプレーンが美味しいのかなと思いました。ミックスを頼んで、まっ具沢山で良かったのですが、ねぎ焼き独特の香ばしさとかネギが混ざりこんだ生地の独特の旨味とかがあまり味わえなかった気がしたので、次に行くときは普通のねぎ焼きにしようと思いました。
