さて、ここは最近できたお店。といっても、建物自体はずっとここにあり、店舗が変わった模様。焼鳥と容易には結びつかない店名にややひかれ、ふらふらと。ここも既にお客さんがそこそこ入ってます。なかなかの賑わい。
メニューをみると串の単価はやや高め。それもそのはず、肉にはなかなかのこだわりがあるもよう。ならばと割とおすすめのものを5本程度、軽くいただくことに。
印象に残っているのは牛さがりと鶏のはつもと。特に後者はなんともいえぬ食感で又食べたくなりました。前者もなかなかのボリュームで食べ応えありました。
いただいている間にもお客さんがそこそこ入ってきて、なかなかの繁盛店な印象。またゆっくりきたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
