気合入った炭火焼鳥！香椎「焼鳥ピストル」香椎宮の参道沿いにある「焼鳥ピストル」さん。
何度か前を通るけど、いつも多いね。
まあ、席数も多くはないんだけど・・
てことで、気になって予約して訪店。
生ビールでスタートし
お通しは大根と鶏をたいたん。
串を少しずついただきます。
ズリ（130）・ハツ（140）・セセリ（150）・バラ（150）
いずれも税別ね。
鶏は佐賀県産のふもと赤鶏だって。
ちゃんとバラをメニューで「焼鳥」と分けてるのが好感。
2本のもも（@160）に月見つくね（180）
串がどれもうまいんだけど、、
やっぱももは素晴らしい焼き具合。
炙りササミ（160）はワサビで・・
鶏トロ肩肉（150）に雲仙ハム（140）
絶品手羽先は2本で340円＋税
低温調理で煮込んだ手羽先を炭火で焼いてるらしい。
きれいに骨だけ残ります。
あと、ゴマ塩炙りレバー（170）は一番人気だって
厚揚げ（150）なんかもいただいて
子どもにはそぼろ丼（420）を食わせて
私はハイボールを・・
いやあ。どの串もハズレがない。
人気なわけだ。

Kashii "Yakitori Pistol" to the "Yakitori Pistol" in your neighborhood. I thought I could go anytime, but before I knew it, it was my first visit in two years. It's always crowded, isn't it? Draft beer, daikon radish and chicken for appetizer. First of all, the famous Mitsuse chicken, sesame salt grilled liver skewers, 180 yen + tax. It's really good... Tsukimi meatballs are also 180 yen + tax. Nakaochi beef short ribs. The skewers are expensive at 320 yen + tax.The beef sagari skewers are more expensive than that. 380 yen + tax Ah, the sagari tastes better than short ribs. I also received the raw sausage for 280 yen + tax, and it feels like sake. Bakuren is refreshing and dry and goes well with meals. It was a nice evening drink.
