先日、TikTokで機械(人型)が麺を切っている動画がありました。
どこのお店か調べてみると「鶏西大冷麺」がヒット！
早速行ってみる事に。
お店の付近には有料駐車場があるので車でも行けます。
店内に入ると4人掛けのテーブル席が5つ！
奥にはあの動画で見た人形の機械があります。
私はメニューをみて刀削麺を注文！
店員さんがパクチーは大丈夫か聞いてきたので大丈夫と答えました。
しばらくしてガシャンガシャンと勢いよく人型の機械が刀削麺を作っています。
そして刀削麺の登場！
真っ赤なスープは見ただけで温かくなります。
麺はモッチモチでとても胃袋に効きます！
沢山の漢方薬が入っていそうなスープは少し飲んだだけで体ポカポカです。
刀削麺を食べたい方にはオススメです(^^)
