箱崎の大学通り沿いにできた、鯖寿司の専門店です。
イートインはなくて お持ち帰りのみとのこと。
もともと創業100年以上の魚屋さんがやっているらしく、魚関係のお惣菜や干物なども売っています。
今回は、黄金鯖寿司と出汁巻き卵を買いました。（合計で2000円弱）
まず出汁巻き卵ですが、柔らかく味もちょうどよく美味しくいただけました。
続いて鯖寿司です
良質な昆布がふんだんに使われていました。
対馬産の鯖の素材はかなり肉厚です。
酢の味は少し甘味もあり、万人に好まれそうな感じです。
鯖の身自体は、しっかり〆たというよりは、生っぽい感じを残したスタイルです。
個人的には、もう少し酢が効いている（酢〆の時間が長い）ものの方が好みです。
