香椎という普段全く縁のないエリアへ、病院で精密検査の為来てます。
弥五郎でランチを頂き、お腹も満足、参道通りのバス停まで戻ってきました。下車したバス停前にあるパン屋は郊外にしかなくて1度食べてみたかったお店。
店内はスタイリッシュでカウンターの対面販売。奥ではイートインスペースあり。
高級食パン専門店ですが、サンドイッチもあります。
サンドイッチは同じ種類が残２個
食パンは１斤、２斤、１本とサイズ別での販売、これはありがたい。（高級パン屋さんは１本売りが主流ですからね）。
１本買ってもなかなか食べきれない。
初めてなので１人で食べきれるSサイズ（１斤）を、
丁寧にお店オリジナル紙袋に入れてくれました。
こちらの特徴は、卵、イーストフードは使用していないので生で食べると美味しい。
はちみつを使用しているとのこと。
熟練の職人が丁寧に粉から練り上げグルテンを形成しじっくり熟成させているので耳まで柔らかい。
それでいて腰折れもしない・・バランスが良い。
食べる直前にふわっと乳の香りが漂うのも良いですね。
