ランチでお邪魔しました
開店間もない上に、コロナの大変な中、ランチやテイクアウトにコアなファンがいらっしゃいます(近辺にないスタイルで上質な肉を大切に仕上げているからでしょうか)
店内は、約30mm厚の鉄板カウンター8席とボックス席が数席で、落ち着いたお洒落空間です
オーナーシェフと噂の橋本環奈似(？？)の奥様、ナナオ似のホール美女で切り盛りされてます
生鮮入荷の厳しい中、先付けに生麩や、貝柱、フォアグラ、アヒージョを頂きました(素材もですが、ソースが和とFrenchのいいとこ取りで美味しい)
メインは、佐賀牛のイチボと熊本産牛の赤身、ミスジ・・丁寧な寝かし焼きにて、山葵醤油・味噌・ジャポネで頂きました(焼き具合素晴らしい)
締めのガーリック飯やデザートアイス・・すべて繊細な気配りが嬉しかったです
(ジャパニーズウイスキーと純米酒で追撃しました)
