福岡市東区馬出2-5エリア〜地下鉄「馬出九大前」徒歩約5分！九州大学医学部付属病院東門から徒歩約6分くらいの位置にあります。
ラーメン歴40年を超える大将の経歴は「元祖長浜屋」で修業された後に福岡市中央区那の津にて開業！そしてココ「馬出中央商店街」に2020年7月に移転されてきました〜外観は昭和50年代に賑わっていた「馬出中央商店街」1階！周りには老舗人気店「博龍軒」や「ラーメン駒や」などがあります！店内はカウンター席のみで大将がワンオペで盛業されています。
頂いたのは「豚骨塩ラーメン」「チャーハン」です。
先ずはスープから〜おっ！シャバシャバ系スープで「棒ラーメン」のような味わい！豚骨旨味は激薄！そして塩分濃度がかなり高めとイマイチな仕上がり〜麺はパツンパツンの低下水率細麺！豚バラチャーシューに白髪葱の青い部分の輪切りがトッピングされたシンプルなラーメンでした。
しかしながら「那の津」で食した時の方が美味しかったけどな〜まあ何かしら変化があったのでしょう！チャーハンは相変わらずの美味しさでした。
昔ながらの長浜ラーメン系を食したい方にはいいのではないでしょうか！ごちそうさまでした。
