ハイサイ、あにょはせよ〜
フードファイターきゃんたまです
久しぶりにこちらのお店に足を運びました。
刺し身などはとても新鮮でとても美味しかったです。
問題はフライ。
中が半生でなにやら食えたもんじゃない。
自然の中からいただいた生命を中途半端な料理にすると食べたくても食えない状態になり、魚の生命が無駄死に状態になり、生命をいただいて日々感謝しながら食事をするあたくしにはある意味許せない行為。
命をいただいていることを考えて丁寧な料理をしていただきたいです。
