日用品の買出しにイオンモール香椎浜へ。買物の前にフードコートで腹ごしらえ。
ラーメン、うどん、チャンポンと麺料理の店が軒を連ねる中で、辛いものを食べたかったので僕のチョイスは中国大明火鍋城。四川牛肉麺を注文。
ブザーが鳴って、いそいそと取りに行く。
見た目辛そうですが、そのまんま辛いです^^;。麺は平打ち、ゴロゴロと入っている角切り牛肉は八角が香る本格派。具は他にタケノコ、シイタケ、キクラゲ、ネギなど。辛いながらも、最後まで美味しくいただきました。
