感動の赤身肉！
昨日は嫁が肩の手術をして退院してから肉が食べたい！ってリクエストがあったので前から気になってた東区の人気店 焼肉ホルモン人生 大ちゃんへ初めて予約して行って来ました。
別府の仕事終わりに急いで自宅へ³₃

予約してた20時よりもだいぶ早く家に着いたので予約時間変更可能かお店に電話してみると快く変更してくださいました
タクシー捕まえて10分弱でお店に到着。
思っていたよりこじんまりしたお店でこれなら予約が中々取れないのも納得。

注文は先ずは生ビール！
①牛タン
②お店の本日のおすすめ盛り合わせ
③ホルモンmixの盛り合わせ
④レバーを注文するも売り切れとの事で残念。
ですが2切れだけあるとの事でサービスで頂きました

お肉はどれも但馬牛のもので、どれも絶品！
めっちゃ美味しかったです！
赤身の盛り合わせは かめのこ、とうがらし、しんしん、ミスジ、クリミと初めて食べるものも
器も有田焼のものでお店のこだわりを感じました！

生ビールの後は2人ともレモンサワー等を頂き、高級焼肉店並のお会計に。それでも2人とも大満足
いつも高級焼肉店といえば大東園に行ってましたが、これからは予約が取れれば大ちゃんに行くと思います。
それだけ2人とも大満足でした
