リニューアル #中華そばいけ田 ｛福岡市東区箱崎｝2023年03月14日(火)中華そばいけ田へ行って来た。
３月１日、駒や箱崎店リニューアルオープンし
中華そばいけ田が、１０時～１４時までオープンした。
入店すると、『メニューは、表の黒板からどうぞ』
と言う訳で、中華そばを注文。
しかし、伝票を見ると、塩そばも書いてある。
聞くと、塩そばは、来月（４月）からとの事。
やって来た、中華そば＠９００円（税込）。
大きなメンマ、チャーシュー、ホウレン草、白ネギ、海苔
中央に鳴門。
先ずは、スープから頂きます。
おぉ！色んな旨味が混じりあって、何とも言えぬ美味しさ。
麺はツルツルとした食感の、細目のストレート。
次の塩そばも期待の、美味しい一杯だった。
