This is a store I was interested in because I pass by it often. There aren't many reviews and there isn't much information about this store, but I called them on the day and tried using them. Entrance I thought it was along the main street, but the entrance was on the side street. When I entered, I was surprised by the interior. A sunken kotatsu-style counter. You take off your shoes at the narrow entrance (there's only room for one person to stand). It has a very relaxing atmosphere. What I received was Bagna Cauda - The vegetables were uniquely cut, and Steak anchovy sauce was mild, as expected from a restaurant that favors vegetables. Assorted cheese. Canapés with olive jam and cream cheese. Wild pepper steak with beef sagari. The sagari was delicious, but the vegetables that came with it were radish. I like the lotus root and other things. Cream pasta with monk liver. If you were served without saying a word, you might not even notice it was monk liver. The texture and taste are wonderful. Especially the first bagna cauda and the cream pasta with monk liver (this is a daily menu, so I always try it. (I don't think there is) was good. I was surprised that it was such a nice store! ! It's a small shop, so I think it's better to call before going.
