Participated in a dinner party at Hanamizuki (former living room). Every time, it is difficult to make a reservation, and the restaurant is reserved for everyone. This time, we will introduce this house located in a residential area in the suburbs, which is featured in the Michelin Guide Fukuoka/Saga/Nagasaki 2019 Special Edition. Once you pass through the red noren curtain, you'll see a Japanese-style approach, and when you open the sliding door, you'll find a modern interior with mostly table seating. A hot pot for one person is prepared on the table. Everyone orders their favorite drink, so we have draft beer. First of all, appetizers. Spring octopus, pufferfish jelly, duck, and deep-fried fava beans. Once the hot pot is heated and the good stock is boiling, we serve shabu-shabu with Kinmedai from Shizuoka and bamboo shabu shabu from Oma. Delicious even raw! There are two sashimi dishes. The first dish is wild tiger puffer fish, and the second dish is tuna and bluefin tuna. Season with soy sauce, salt, and ponzu sauce. Only the one-person pot was removed, and a ceramic grill was placed in its place. Wagyu beef sirloin wrapped around Oma bamboo shoots on a ceramic plate. There is a Sukiyaki based warigata. Let's dive into the meringue. Compare fried blowfish and fried Anglerfish. Even though the white meat is the same, the texture is different. Sea bream rice, rice cooked in a clay pot with fluffed grilled sea bream. Suimono with fried Nankan and pickled vegetables. Choose from three types of sorbet for dessert: peach, amaou, and azuki.
