地下鉄別府駅の近く、最近出来たステーキハウス。
ランチタイムに訪問。
～注文～
サービスステーキ 1300円
スープ、ライス付き。ライスの大盛が出来るようだが、無料かどうかは不明。
ステーキは薄切り(１センチ程)の赤身肉が150g位。
凄くいい肉では無いだろうが、焼き加減が絶妙で美味しく頂けた。
塩コショウのみ？ちょっと醤油？シンプルな味付けも良かったし、添えてあるレモンバターも良いアクセントになった。
薄味のコンソメスープもタマネギの甘さが良かったし、付け合わせのポテトサラダも良かった。
また、ライスの炊き加減も良かった。
プロの技術で焼かれた牛ステーキにライスやスープが付いて1300円。
かなりのハイコスパじゃないかと思う。
明るく丁寧な接客にも好感が持てたし、、、
次回は別メニューを試したい。
