(2023.08.19) "Steak Western Cuisine Esaki" opened in Beppu in May this year.We heard that Steak, which are particular about maître d'hotel butter, as well as Hamburg and fried shrimp, are delicious, so we decided to visit them right away. It is located on the first floor of an apartment building near the Jonan Ward Office, along the prefectural road that serves as a community road, but there is a parking space in front of the store, so if you carelessly pass by, there are 7 counter seats and 1 table seat for 4 people. It's a small restaurant, but the layout is spacious, so I didn't feel cramped...The person standing in the kitchen looks like he's around 50 years old, wearing a pure white cook coat that makes you think of a hotel chef. I was a man, and depending on the timing, he would serve the food himself, not only greeting people when they entered and leaving the restaurant, but it was a nice restaurant.I thought I would try Hamburg on the lunch menu. , I heard that the fried shrimp was also delicious, so I ordered the `` Hamburg and fried shrimp'' from the ``recommendations'' on the whiteboard hanging by the entrance.The Hamburg was small, probably because it was a combination with the fried shrimp.
