福岡を代表する老舗餃子屋のこちらへ行ってきました。人数が揃わないと餃子を焼いてくれないため揃うまでビールをで口を潤した後揃ったところで餃子を大量発注します。こちらの餃子は一口サイズで、焼き餃子なのに油をあまり感じないぷりぷりとした食感で、蒸し餃子に焦げ目をつけたような味わいなので一人でも20個以上はペロリと平らげちゃいます。独特な味わいの餃子は一度は味わうべきですね。接客もあっさりなので、ビールや焼酎片手に餃子を楽しみ、サクッと2軒目に行くのがベターです。
