土曜の17時40分頃訪問！並びは無し！
2019年に百名店選出！
昭和32年創業の名店。期待値上がるな！
注文は餃子2人前（1人前10個）、レバーテキ、ニラもつ、にらとじ（レバー入り）！
レバーテキは薄切りで2枚。臭みがなく旨いねー！
続いて餃子だが、これどこかで食べたことある味だなと思って考えてたら長崎の宝雲亭と味がほぼ一緒かも！
宝雲亭の餃子美味かったけどここのお店も間違いないね！めちゃくちゃ旨い！
なんか病み付きになるんだよなー！一口で食べれるし、軽いからいくらでも食べれる！
にらとじ（レバー入り）も卵のフワフワ感とニラとレバーが一体化されており旨い！
味は付いていないので卓上にあるソースをつけた方が良いね！
最後にニラモツ！ニラモツも味が薄めだからソースをかけて食べたが旨いねー！！
いただいたメニューどれも美味しかったけどやっぱりここは名物の餃子のみでも良いかも！！
長崎の名店の味が福岡でも楽しめるのは魅力だね！
帰り際には6組程の行列が出来ていたから早目に行くのがオススメだね！あと前日の金曜日は体調不良で臨時休業したみたい。金曜は電話で確認してから訪問がベスト！
前に金曜日夜に訪問して臨時休業で空振りくらったから金曜は休みの率が高いのかな。
