創業昭和49年。ラーメンしばらく、福重家(旧長浜一番)とバイパス沿いに人気店が犇めく激戦区にある人気チャンポン店。はじめは「福重家」に行くつもりが臨時休業で急遽こちらに。博多のチャンポンはラーメン屋にメニューとして存在することが多く、そのスープはラーメンのものをベースにするため豚骨が多い。
こちらは「長崎亭」の屋号の通り本場長崎チャンポンを提供。豚骨、鶏ガラに牛骨をプラスしたスープはサラリとしながらコクが深い。面白いのはチャンポンをオーダーして替え玉が出来る。そしてその替え玉はラーメンの極細麺というからユニークだ。美味しいチャンポン頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
