This shop opened in Shimoyamamon in November 1990. It has been loved for many years as "French Confectionery Sorciel", but in 2013, it was taken over from its predecessor and renovated, becoming "Pâti
...sserie Sorciel". In 2015, "Sorciel Cafe" opened next door. The concept is "making magic with ingredients". Without adding unnecessary things such as preservatives or additives, we combine ingredients in their most delicious state using techniques learned in France and at a three-star restaurant in Tokyo, enhancing the original flavor of the ingredients and working to make you feel "happy" when you eat them.
