At noon today at Nishishin! I plan to eat Ramen, but I find a udon flag in the back...was it even there? I fell in love with the store's strategy and made my first attack! LOL It looks like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at night and serves udon for lunch! The store seats about 20 people, with a counter and tables in the back! Looking at the menu...I didn't know what to recommend, so this is it! ◾️ Today's daily special (650 yen) By the way, the lineup is meat burdock tempura udon and mini egg bowl! After about 10 minutes of waiting, the set arrived at the counter! A set with just the right amount of volume, neither too big nor too small! Let's start with the main udon...let's try it! The udon noodles won't break into pieces, but they have a soft texture that is typical of Hakata! The medium-thick noodles are satisfying! Sweet and spicy simmered meat and crunchy burdock tempura topping! Personally, it's my favorite combination, so I'm very satisfied...Next is the egg bowl! The ingredients are simple: egg, tempura, seaweed, green onion, and rice! I was looking around for some sort of fragrant flavor at the back, and when I did, I found one with cherry shrimp in it! The soup stock works well and the eggs are firm! Personally, I like the creamy texture, but this one is also good... By the time you finish the set, your stomach will be full and you will be very satisfied! Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at night also has a wide selection of snacks, so let's try it...Next time, I'll try visiting at night! Thank you for the meal!
