自宅の比較的近所で、ジビエ料理の看板が出ており、店頭を通る度に気になってたお店。
お店が2階ということで、外から店内を覗けないため、１人で突入する勇気がなく、毎回後ろ髪を引かれながら通り過ぎてました。
勇気を出して、今回入ってみると、なかなか、暖かい印象の、洋画の中での家庭のような、居心地の良さで、カウンターもあって良かったです‼️
店員さんの気遣いも温かく素敵なお店でした。
ジビエを食べたかったので、うずら一羽の丸焼き、ホロホロ鶏とキノコの料理、鴨料理に、好物のフォアグラの料理をいただきました。
どれも洗練された美味しさでしたが、うずらの丸焼きは骨から身をはずすのが大変でした。
今回は鹿が未入荷だったので、近いうちに再訪予定です。
