初訪問。妻が事前に予約しておいてくれた。飲み物の注文はタッチパネルから。
案内されたカウンター席の上には、ざる焼きの炎や煙を吸い取る、特別な形状の排煙口をが備え付けられている。
素人から見ても、ものすごい新鮮で良質と一目で判る、ざる焼き用の鶏の各部位。
初めての来店であることを店員さんから聞かれたからか、最初に食べたい部位についてはレクチャー替りにとても親切に説明しながら焼いてくれた。
親鶏から始まり、最後の鶏ホルモンまで、ただ「めっちゃ旨い！」を繰り返すのみ。期待値を遥かに上回る美味しさの数々。
最初のつくね、途中で出てきたチキン南蛮、最後の締めの鶏スープとそぼろ丼、どれも本当に美味しかった。
これで飲み放題が付いて4900円は破格の値段設定。コースには含まれないメニューも多々あり、まだ他にも食べてみたかったけと、満席で次のお客さん達が待っているみたいなので、２時間近くなったところで会計して退店することに。
会計は高くなるだろうけど、ウイングチョップ・唐揚げ・もも焼き・炊き餃子・汁なし担々麺など単品でもいろいろと是非食べてみたい。再訪確定です!
予約してから行かないと、たぶん入れないと思います。
