地元が福岡の同僚に誘われ、お邪魔しました。
まずは、提灯の灯り&昭和的内観のファーストインプレッション❤️
ジャストミートです‼️
焼きとり激戦区ながら、焼き台を囲む形のカウンター席、小上がり席(×1)店内は早々に満席となり、次々と来られるお客さんに、申し訳なさそうにお断りを入れられてます。。。
(予約して貰ってて、ほんと良かった＾＾)
本題ですが、炭火でじっくりと焼かれた焼きとり各種は風味、旨味、食感、総て良好です❗️
中でも旨味抜群の牛さがり、皮パリで中がフワっとジューシーなもも焼きがお気に入り❤️
他、福岡では定番のすもつや、山芋たんざく、〆の大葉バター等も美味しくいただき、またまた酒がススミ過ぎてしまいました^^;
地元の方々で賑わう人気店に偽り無し❗️＾＾
お店の方々も、温厚篤実で温かい接客でした❤️
(店名由来を聞くと、お店の方が熊本県出身であるとの事(なるほどデス))
美味い焼きとり、昭和を感じる気を使わない雰囲気、温かみのある接客etc...
再訪確定です♪
