他のお店が混んでいる時に行く店です。いつも8～9割は席が埋まっているけど、必ず待たずに入れます。
この店は、良い意味でも悪い意味でも「普通」という印象です。
良い意味とは、味と値段が比例しており、何を食べても普通で外れが無いこと。
悪い意味とは、メニューの独創性や味の特徴に欠けること。
「あ～、赤兵衛に行きたい！」とムラムラする衝動をこの店に感じたことはありません。
現状維持でも生き残れるし、工夫すればもっと良くなる、って境に位置しているお店だと思います。
