12時開店になるとシャッターが開きますので、同時に突入しました。
焼めしセット880円(ラーメンと焼めし小のセット、麺の硬さはふつう)を注文しました。
10分もたたずに着丼、手際がいいですー。
そして、気がつけば満席になってました。人気です。
まずはラーメンのスープをいただきました。
豚骨独特の脂の膜がなくあっさりしてますが、豚骨と醤油ダレ(かな？)の旨みがガツンときます。
美味しいです。麺もしっかりと茹でてくれているので、ツルツルと喉越しがいいです。
低音調理だと思われるチャーシューはしっとりとしていて美味しいです。
そして、焼きめしですが、小とは思えないボリュームで、焼きめしの王道的な味でシンプルだけどもしっかりと美味しい。これぞ焼きめしというザ焼きめし。
焼きめしセットにしないと損しますな、これは。
お腹いっぱいで大満足です。
帰り際に辛子高菜が準備してあることに気づき、切なくなりながら退店しました。
ラーメンに辛子高菜との相性が良さそうなので次回は辛子高菜を食べにきます。
