It would have been better to order either of those, but I decided to go with Sukiyaki as I felt like it. This Sukiyaki comes with plenty of warishita in the pot from the beginning. A sweet warishita made with Arima Sansho from Kyoto. There's not enough Japanese pepper in it to make it irritating, just a slight flavor, so I think it's safe for children as well. Lots of onions too! This is a slightly different type of Sukiyaki. And then comes the meat! In this course, the meat is not beef, but pork. This is what the vegetable platter looks like. The sliced pork belly was tender and very tasty. In the end, it was totally fine even if it wasn't beef! Beef is also available for other courses and single items. I drank too much that day and my stomach was full, so I didn't even get to the final meal of Inaniwa udon and sorbet.
