前菜が5場類ほど.4名用で1200円。
鯛の唐揚げやライスコロッケなど
スタートダッシュ文句なしです。
砂肝、アヒージョも千円で大皿盛り。
ポテサラ、カプレーゼはソースが美味な創作品。
珍しいポルトガルワイン
「アトランティコ」を。
アラゴネス、カベルネソーヴィニオン、
アリカンテ・ブーシェを使用されており
珍しさと3500円のお手軽さに即決。
アラゴネス君、初体験と思いきや
スペイン語でテンプラニーリョ！ほう。
おそらく初体験だった、
アリカンテ・ブーシェという
なんと、果肉まで赤い品種。
ブレンドですが総じてCS様メインな感じ。
漆器の様な色合いとパンチをどこか酸味で包む
そんな印象はブレンドならではの味わいなのかも。
