ペルー出身のシェフが作る、ペルー料理とスペイン料理のお店です。
シェフはペルーで修業した後にアルゼンチンのホテルにもいた経験があり、料理のセンスが垢ぬけていて、見た目も美しい皿に仕上がっています。
メニューに両国の料理が混在していて、ペルー料理を中心に注文しました。
突き出しはトウモロコシの生地を揚げたものにピペラードのようなソースでスタートです。
蛸のマリネ
ペルーオリーブのソースで食べます。ソースのバランスが良く、良いアクセントとなっています。
見た目も美しい
魚介のセビーチェ
レモンとスパイスでマリネした冷製の魚介料理です
これは凄く旨い
ペルー産のジャイアントコーンも入っていました
ミンチのチリ詰め
大きな唐辛子にミンチなど具材を詰めています。
マッシュしたジャガイモなども入っていて、バランスが良く美味しいです。
牛ハツの串焼き
これも少しスパイシーです。
火入れは若干強めです。
豆の煮込み
南米の伝統的な料理ですね
塩味は少し強めでお酒が進みます
チキンとソーセージが入ってました
牛サガリとトマトとフライドポテトの炒め物
スパイスが程よく使われていて、どなたにも好まれる味付けになっています。
デザートにルクマ
アボカドに似た野菜で、キャラメルと一緒にムースにしています。
独特の個性があり珍しく美味しいデザートです。
全体として、料理は凄く見た目が美しく、味わいも複雑で、どれも美味しくいただけました。
サービスは日本人のマダムと外国人の若い男の子で、男性スタッフはなかなか日本語が通じない時もあります。お客さんが多いので、比較的料理がゆっくり出てきますので、じっくり飲みたい方には特にお勧めです。ご飯ものは、途中で注文すると時間がかかってしまうので、最初に言っておいた方がスムーズのようです。（炊き込みご飯を途中で頼んだら、1時間以上かかると断念しました）
客層は外国人が多く、喫煙可なので、そこはご注意を。
