Shimotsuki 2020 A rare [Peruvian Cuisine] in Fukuoka that I've been curious about for a while! ! There is a relaxed and passionate shop on the second floor of Nishishin's main street ♪ As soon as you enter the store, you will be greeted with the words ``Orah! ! ” I got excited with the Spanish greeting ↗ I wanted to drink draft beer, so I quenched my thirst with Spanish draft beer ~ I looked at the menu [Ajillo and paella are prohibited! ! ] LOL The rule is to choose one dish that is as Peruvian as possible (lol) It's a good idea to order 3 to 4 dishes first because all the dishes usually take quite a while! ○Anticucho (1200 yen) *Beef heart Grilled skewer and grilled vegetables. ○Ceviche (1500 yen) *Seafood ceviche. ○Rocoto relleno (1100 yen) *Stuffed with minced chili peppers. ○Arros com pollo (M2200 yen) *Chicken cooked rice with coriander flavor. Anticucho was a Peruvian food stall, so I researched it beforehand, so I studied what they were selling♪ It was a hearty but very meaty dish with grilled vegetables and simple balsamic vinegar! The Peruvian corn is very filling and delicious~ Ceviche seems to be a typical marinade in Peru! ? The refreshing taste of French cuisine dressing and the strong sourness of the lemon.The chilli pepper here and there makes it so spicy that the beer disappears lol.The refreshing spiciness and sourness of the white fish are also fresh and delicious! Rocoto relleno was unrelentingly spicy. I was imagining the photo on the menu, but it was a gorgeous dish that turned me off in a good way. The guy who likes big-eyed Peruvian chili peppers stuffed with eggs and minced meat (lol) I was told that the stem part is the spiciest part, but it's all spicy lol And there's something nice about how simple and delicious it is~ The end It takes 40 minutes to 1 hour to finish ordering, so order at the same time as entering the store! ? Arros com pollo, you claim that it is not in the Gilipa area lol This is a great strike and the best item! ! Full of cilantro with scallops cooked from raw rice♪ It's not raw cilantro, it's paste! ? This is the first time I've cooked it.It goes great with chicken and the sherry wine disappears while increasing the salt content. I don't have much experience yet so I don't know much about it, but it's fun to have a simple yet stimulating taste. Did you get to see a different side of Spain? ? Each dish is quite large, so it might be a good idea to go with 4 to 5 people! ? I want to get revenge for this with a large number of people♡ ...Hmm? Oh! ? Is that so? Then that's it! ! (mystery)
