この場所に焼肉屋があるのは知っていたが、ホルモンメインということもあり、敬遠していたお店。
知り合いが絶賛していたので、いざ、潜入。
大将から焼き方とか色々言われるとか書いてあったがそれはなかった。
焼き方を色々言ってくるお店とか、お店の人が焼いてくれる店が人気を集めているが、
「えーい!!せからしか!!」
肉の質や脂ののり具合を見て、俺には俺の焼き方がある。
まずは大将オススメのホルモンセット。
光沢を放つハツ。
さすがは人気店。
この店の肉の質と鮮度を前に、食べる前からディナーの勝利を確信。
特に美味しかったのがセンポコ(大動脈)
他の店では味がなく、硬いだけで美味しくないのだが、
この店はタレの味が染み込み、柔らかい。
そして何よりこのタレがうまい。

共通するのは肉の質もさることながらタレがうまい。
ホルモンで好きなのはレバー、ミノ、センマイ。
レバーはレア焼き、ミノ、センマイはウェルダン。
俺の好きなように焼くんだ。
弾力のあるレバーは新鮮な証拠。
古くなるとドロッとなる。
レア焼きでもこの新鮮なレバーとタレなら、今は亡きレバー刺しよりも遥かにうまい。
センマイも俺がクッパと呼んでいる、スーパーマリオのクッパの甲羅のような白いトゲトゲがあるセンマイ。
普通のセンマイも美味しいけど、このクッパがうまい。
クッパがたくさんあってマンモスウレピー。
今まで敬遠してきた店にこんな幸せが隠れていたとは。
ビールが泡が多い。

8:2にしてくれたら何の文句もない。
