今回は、西新パトロールの第一人者、西新の帝王、西新は俺の庭、俺は西新、そんな冠がぴったりのマイレビ様によるご案内です（*'∇'*)ﾜｸﾜｸ
そもそも私は、西新で飲んだことが無いので西新自体をよく知らないのですが、そんなド素人のワタシが初めて目にするIKAGAWASHII看板のその先に、此方のお店はございました。
飲み屋街入口の、中々なディープ感にザワつきながらも、マイレビ様の愛に満ちた企みを感じます♡♡♡

お店の硝子戸をガラガラと開けますと、優しそうな大将と、イケメンなお兄さんが出迎えて下さいました。

いただきましたのは、鹿児島県産黒毛和牛のロース、カルビ、ハラミ、牛タン、ホルモン盛り合わせ、希少部位のヤン、ハラミの皮、ツラミ、たたききゅうり(順不同)です!
どれもこれも新鮮で、目から鱗が落ちる美味しさです。
大将の目利きも素晴らしいですし、仕入先との信頼関係の深さを感じました。
タレも、味噌＆ポン酢でバランスが取れていますよ☆
中でも忘れられないのは、もつ鍋に入っているあのモツ(小腸ですか??)の美味しいこと(*´﹃｀*)
身も大きく、良質なので脂がもたれません。
焼酎の水割りが何杯あっても足りん♪
マイレビ様のドヤ顔にも納得の、私史上最高の美味しさでした(๑•̀⌄ｰ́๑)b
