I was in the mood for yakiniku, so I searched for it. There is MRMAX near the Hashimoto Nishi intersection, almost across the road. It seems like this place used to be Italian Cuisine...The parking lot is quite spacious. I was shown to a private room. My husband had the ``Goku Lunch'' (2,180 yen, excluding tax), and I had the ``Wagyu Karubi Lunch'' (1,380 yen, excluding tax). Each lunch comes with soup, salad, kimchi, and rice. ◆Vegetable salad and kimchi. *Vegetable salad is loaded with lettuce and topped with sesame dressing. ◆Left: A sauce with the taste of sesame and miso, salt, and soy sauce. However, neither taste is to my liking... ◆The one on the left is ``Kiwami'' and the one on the right is ``Wagyu beef ribs.'' ◆Extreme meat...Wagyu beef ribs, Wagyu top skirt steak, Wagyu beef fillet, offal, etc. The taste of the meat is normal, but the offal is sweet. I did say that it would have been better to have the individual items rather than the platter. (^^;) ◆Wagyu beef short ribs...I gave the fatty part to my husband, but the rest had just the right amount of marbling and was delicious. ◆I'm baking it. ◆The rice is made with Koshihikari rice from Uonuma and is glossy and delicious. Large servings and refills are free. My husband had a large serving (photo left). ◆The seaweed soup has a good taste. ◆Kimchi is moderately spicy. Regardless of my husband's item, I think the upper ribs are good enough for this price. If the taste of the ``sauce'' matched well with this, it would have been even more delicious.
