2回目の捏製作所
今回は平日なので予約なしでオープンすぐの11時過ぎに伺いました。
13:30から予約が入っているそうで、それまでに退店とのことでしたが2時間半いただけるなら充分！
「お酒飲まれる方のみ〜」のご案内もしっかりいただきました笑
ピーマンとじゃこの山椒和えからはじまり、あいかわらず美しい捏たち。
つくねばかりもっと食べたいけど、他のお料理も食べたいので我慢、、、
エビ油の麻婆春雨、汁なし坦々麺、どれも感動のおいしさ。
湯葉の逸品は上に乗っている酒盗のペーストが絶品でした。これをツマミに飲める。
選んでいただいたワインもお料理にマッチしていて、素敵な昼飲み時間でした。
