ランチ利用が多いこちらですが、今日は飲み利用です。
せっかくなので、中華に合わせて紹興酒をオーダー。燗つけで氷砂糖を入れて飲むのが好み。そしてここに来たらやっぱり、水餃子です。コレがめちゃくちゃ美味いのです。備え付けの「朝天辣椒」をつけて食べるとクセになる旨さです。追加でもう一皿頼んでしまいました。
毛沢東チキンや麻婆豆腐など、他のメニューもなかなか上出来で、酒が進み過ぎますねー。満腹！ご馳走さまでした。
