かつて福岡市民に親しまれていた老舗中華店『鹿鳴春』やホテルで研鑽を積まれたシェフのお店。
大衆的な町中華食堂というより、女性に好まれそうなオシャレカジュアルな店内で、
ワンランク上のお馴染み中華を楽しめます。
『殺しの担々麺』や『極炎麻婆豆腐』などの激辛メニューもあります。
今回はランチメニューから、『担々麺』800円に『手作り餃子(4個)』260円を頂きました。
＋130円で麺大盛に、＋150円で白ご飯(おかわり一杯無料)も出来ます。
担々麺は、トッピング多めのボリュームが嬉しい。
鶏ガラベースのあっさりスープ。
ゴマの風味が豊かで辛さは控えめ。
インパクトは弱いですが、秀逸な仕上がり。
麺は、製麺屋慶史謹製の中太麺、加水高めのもっちり感と、程よいちぢれ。
餃子は一口ぷっくりサイズでジューシー。
更に『半チャーハン』430円を注文。
パラパラチャーハンの見本のような仕上がり。
女性向きのオシャレ中華ダイニングに留まらない、優等生な中華店でした。
