たまたま通りかかり、営業していたので訪問。
～注文～
極 白湯 1000円
スープはコラーゲンを強く感じる鶏白湯。
野菜等で甘みをつけたタイプではなく、鶏自身の濃厚さを直接味わえる感じ。
濃厚だが塩は控えめで、飲み干したくなる味。
麺はピラピラの平打ち麺。
珍しい麺だが、スープに良く絡むし、食感が楽しくて良い。
チャーシューも良かったし、ネギやレモンの爽やかも良かった。
満足、完食。
