This shop is located a few minutes from Nishishin Station, and has a nice atmosphere from the outside. Since it was a Saturday, the place was almost full. There were about 30 customers in total, 10 at the counter and 20 at tables. Honestly, I felt like there were only 4 staff members. The plates on the counter looked like they were being placed on the counter for the food to be served, but there were bowls and Tupperware placed on top of them, and the names of Side Dishes such as ``nimizushi'' were pasted with duct tape. I noticed that he was doing a lot of things. It may be necessary to make sure that the work behind the scenes is not too visible from the side of the audience seats. There was also a piece of egg dangling from the lamp. It might be a good idea to check before opening so that customers don't have to worry about such things. All the staff seemed to be young and energetic, but I felt like they were too busy and dizzy. I wonder if things could be improved if they took steps to improve service and communication within the visible range, instead of using the tatami room or table in the back. It's a nice shop with a nice atmosphere, so I wanted them to do their best.
