福岡西エリアで鶏料理といえばここ！な店です。
宮崎や鹿児島出張に行ったら、鶏の炭火焼きの店に一人で駆け込む程の炭火焼きLOVER。
福岡でも似たようなお店に入っては「惜しい！」なお店が多く、炭火焼き難民に陥っていました。
だがしかし、発見したのがここ【鶏屋 香車】
お店も小さいので自分が入れなくなったら嫌だからクチコミ書いてなかったんです。
でも、美味しいので幸せのおすそ分けで書きます。
おすすめは、
鶏のたたき(自家製香味油のほう)
鶏の炭火焼き
特にたたきが本場のよりも美味しかった！
炭火焼きは本場に負けてない。
もはや、宮崎と鹿児島と同等レベルかそれ以上です。
本場同様、レアめで出てくるので、ウェルダン好きな方はご注意を。
ラーメンも滋味深い味で、シメに幸福の絶頂。あ〜また行きたくなってきた。
一人で作ってるので、待ち時間は気長に飲みながら待ってましょう。
