地鶏は言うまでもなく最高の味でしたが、初めて食したラーメンが最高でした。なかなか醤油味の澄んだスープと細麺が合い、添えられた鶏と牡蠣の濃厚なみそを口に入れてラーメンを食べると、極上の食べたことのない味でした。長く東京にいましたが、過去醤油味のラーメンはたくさん食して来ましたが、福岡に移住して、最高の醤油ラーメンでした。本当に美味しかったです。
