10種類近くあるラーメンの中から博多醤油豚骨をいただきました。
スープが特徴的で、背脂がたっぷり入って表面が油の膜で覆われています。
スープは甘めの醤油が使われており、臭みがなく、化学調味料の味もしないので、くどさを感じることなく美味しく飲むことができました。
麺は超細麺でスープとよく絡んでこれまた美味しかったです。
店主の個性とこだわりが感じられるラーメンでした。
また、換気やソーシャルディスタンスについても配慮されていました。
入店して直ぐに券売機で食券を購入しないといけないため、初めての方は予習をして行かれることをおすすめします。
