キリンビール福岡工場横にあるキリンビアファームに行ってきました。
店内はジンギスカン席と普通席に分けられています。
ジンギスカンコーナーへ、天井が高くレトロなビアホール的な作りです。
まずは飲み物を、キリン一番搾り540円を注文、
サーバーから注がれたビール。
泡が美味しいビール久しぶりに飲みました。さすが工場直送で注ぎ方も完璧です。
旨い
ジンギスカンメニューです。
ラムロースと特上ラムロースを食べ比べました。
ラムロース1000円焼き野菜付き、
特上ラムロース1400円焼き野菜付き、
鍋の周りに野菜を並べ、
真中で肉を焼きます。
タレに辛味の薬味を入れ、
ラムロース、ちょっと赤みが残ったくらいが食べごろということなので、
ちょっと生焼けすぎたかな
二杯目はハーフ＆ハーフ540円を、
特上ラムロース、
ロースより400円割高ですが、比べると柔らかくて美味しいです。
冬期限定メニューもありました。
麒麟麦焼酎ピュアブルー420円、いいちこ・二階堂と比べるとまろやかさがあります。
お子様セット800円、
ラム肉は脂肪も少なく、カロリー・コレステロールが気になる人にはお薦めということで、アラフォー世代には持って来いだと思います。
