Although you might not guess it from the name, it is a long-established Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that has been in business for over 40 years. I don't know why it's called Western, but there are things in the store that give it a Western feel, such as horse carriage parts and panels of the seven people in the wilderness. As expected from a store that has been around for many years, there are many regular customers, and the regulars have been regulars for two generations. It's quite rare to find a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant that continues this long. However, the inside of the store is much larger than you might imagine from the entrance, with a long counter and table seating for 5 people, and a large tatami room in the back, so it seems that not only regulars but also many first-time customers come here. Well, it's Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but this place has a variety of other dishes besides Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I ordered pork belly, miso pork belly, and pork belly. The pork belly, which can only be eaten in Fukuoka, was exquisite. The fried tofu, grilled rice balls, fried Onigiri, and fried chicken for adults were all delicious. However, this is a popular restaurant and it gets very crowded after 6pm, so please be aware that orders will be slow to arrive after the second time. However, it was a good shop even after that. Thank you for the meal.
